This article shows you how to send Device commands

Goto ADMIN

Expand CLIENTS
Expand HARDWARE DEVICES
Select a DEVICE from the list
Goto DEVICE CONFIG tab

From this point you will be able to send GPRS or SMS commands

 N.B. SMS COMMANDS WILL NOT WORK IF YOUR SMS GATEWAY IS NOT CONFIGURED.  Click here for more information on connecting an SMS Gateway with our platform.
