 How to create an Installer & Process to create installation task

1. First step is to create a technician custom role and permit Modules to be accessible by any user who will be assigned this role

 

2. Create Reseller user(technician) and assign them the custom role and select them as technician user

 

 

 

3. From Modules Page add a new installation, populate the details of the owner of the asset and assign the task to the technician. Select all the necessary criterial for a successful installation as shown.

 

 

 

 

Once the technician is logged in with the credentials created, he/she will be able to see the task
