 Managing mini-resellers

When adding a MINI RESELLER, there is no DEFAULT CLIENT available. therefore you must follow this order when adding a new MINI-RESELLER

1. Add the new MINI-RESELLER

2. Add a CLIENT inside this MINI-RESELLER

3. Add a MINI-RESELLER USER, and set the DEFAULT CLIENT to what you created in step 2
If you fail to assign a DEFAULT CLIENT, the app will not work correctly.

 

To access the mini-reseller section, login to your account as a reseller.

  • Click on ADMIN, and then navigate to MINI-RESELLER on the left panel
  • Click on the NEW RESELLER button on your top right corner window to add a new reseller.
  • A new window will open for you to enter reseller credentials as follows:)
    • Reseller Name
    • Custom URL (this can be a fake URL until you set one up)
    • Help URL(Optional)
    • Select Language
  • Click on MINI RESELLERS on left hand panel, you will see the new MINI-RESELLER-ID has been assigned
    You can use this ID as the sub domain i.e 1234.whitelabeltracking.com as the custom URL (change 1234 for your ID)
    Enter this URL in the custom URL section when editing the mini reseller, then upload logo etc, and visit the URL to confirm its all working.


Other mini reseller management is done within the same section as above:

  • You can edit the reseller row by clicking on the OPTIONS button and select EDIT to edit the row.
  • Also deleting the entire reseller by clicking on the OPTIONS button then select DELETE option.
  • Finally you can set as inactive by clicking on the OPTIONS button then select SET INACTIVE.
