Point a device to your servers

To point a device to our servers, you need the correct port for the Tracker and the location
We often get asked for the IP ADDRESS, however, an IP ADDRESS is region specific and outside of our disaster recovery plan
the majority of trackers support pointing to domain name, please use DATA.GPSIOT.NET and the port listed on our website for your tracker https://www.whitelabeltracking.com/devices-2/

If your device is not listed, just use the same port for the manufacturer, i.e. if you use Teltonika, and your device isn't listed, use port 12070 that other Teltonika trackers use.

If you have hardware that does not support pointing to a domain name, then use IP ADDRESS 209.250.254.35.
This must be used as a last resort, and you must contact your manufacturer to obtain the correct command to use a domain name first, and 100% confirm your hardware does not support using a domain name

Servers and networks go down, never use the IP ADDRESS unless you have no other option, we do not support using IP ADDRESS as part of our full disaster recovery plan, if/when a region or route goes down and you have used an IP ADDRESS, we will not be able to fail over to keep your trackers reporting, this is outside of our control

WHITELISTING

If you use an IOT sim card, some providers insist on white listing IP addresses, please make sure the IOT SIM PROVIDER whitelists the following IP's (you should still use the above domain name configure your trackers)

209.250.254.35
45.77.140.96
95.179.158.27
80.240.31.103
78.141.209.134
95.179.240.7
45.32.184.139
