This article gives an overview of how to  MOVE DEVICE from one client to another either within or outside reseller

1.  click on Admin>>>Clients>>demo client >Hardware devices

2. edit the device by clicking on the IMEI or go to options then edit

3. select Move Device

4 fill in the details  as shown below  then click Move Device button to finish the process
